Democratising the power of artificial intelligence (AI) by making it accessible through an intuitive drag-and-drop user interface (UI) is the grand vision of five graduates from the University of Technology in Imenau. They developed an AI manager that enables companies without large IT resources to develop AI solutions to automate and improve their internal company processes within a very short time, without the need for programming skills. In 2021, they founded AI-UI GmbH to make this vision reality.
The technology is already market-tested and the application possibilities are almost unlimited. Initial customers have focused on quality assurance applications, but are already quickly expanding the use of the AI Manager to other use cases in the company. Small and medium-sized enterprises in particular can benefit from AI-UI´s offering and counteract the shortage of skilled workers by having time-consuming routine tasks taken over by the AI Manager.
The private investor network COMPANISTO and bm|t beteiligungsmanagement thüringen gmbh have made a seven-figure investment in the technology start-up. With the financing, AI-UI has secured capital for its further expansion.
