With­out access bar­ri­ers, logis­tics prob­lems and accep­tance obsta­cles — with a smart­phone alone — emerg­ing risks and fatal dis­eases can be detected and thus sur­prises and even deaths can be pre­vented. At present, dis­eases of civ­i­liza­tion often pro­ceed with­out prior symp­toms and are only rec­og­nized (too) late.
