After his bank­ing pro­fes­sional train­ing, Mr. Ste­fan Jahn worked as a pri­vate client advi­sor and divi­sional head at the Sparkasse Elbe-Elster. In Octo­ber 2011, Mr. Jahn moved to the Thüringer Auf­baubank and com­pleted a dual work-study pro­gram along­side with a Bach­e­lor of Arts (B.A.) spe­cial­is­ing in Bank­ing & Finance. Dur­ing this pro­gram, Mr. Jahn’s work at the Thüringer Auf­baubank cen­tered on credit and risk man­age­ment as well as eco­nomic sup­port efforts.

In Octo­ber 2014 Ste­fan Jahn joined bm|t as Invest­ment Man­ager. Along­side his work, he com­pleted his Mas­ter of Sci­ence (M.Sc.) spe­cial­is­ing in Finance & Account­ing at the FOM Uni­ver­sity of Applied Sci­ences for Econ­omy and Man­age­ment. Since May 2020 he also holds the title “Cer­ti­fied Pri­vate Equity Ana­lyst (CPEA)” of the TUM School of Management.

Being a nature’s lover, he enjoys hik­ing tours in dif­fer­ent places as well as jog­ging through the for­est and coun­try­side. Besides this, he loves to travel and learn about new cul­tures. Fur­ther­more, he is inter­ested in astron­omy and enjoys look­ing at the stars.
